In 2000, a Virginia Circuit Court judge appointed Frankee Love as a civil wedding officiant. This is Virginia's version of a Justice of the Peace. Since that time, she has performed over 900 weddings, many of which have been on the beach. She has a home on the beach and loves everything about the waterfront area.

Frankee is a full-time wedding officiant and is therefore available to perform wedding ceremonies on any day of the week and at any location in Virginia.
